When uploading Fund Statements to DonorCentral, whether it be through FIMS or directly on the DonorCentral webpage, only some of the fund statements appear in DonorCentral, but no error message is received.
Answer:
- Make sure the zip file is below 250 MB
- Open the Contents.txt file and ensure that all PDFs are listed
- Make sure that the funds that are not uploading are actually in DonorCenrtral or supposed to be in DonorCentral by looking at the fund setup.
