    Why am I getting an Invalid Printer message when opening a Crystal Report?

    1. Open the Crystal Report.

    3. The default printer will be used instead."
    4. Select Page Setup from the File menu.
    5. Click on No Printer (optimize for screen display).
    6. Click OK.
    7. Save the report.
    The next time the report is open, you will not get the Invalid Printer message and the report will load faster than before.
