    Why does FIMS flicker on my Windows computer?

    As soon as I launch FIMS, the FIMS window starts flickering.

    This is caused by a display setting on the computer being set greater than 100%.

    Answer:

    Go to the Display Settings on your computer.

    Go to there, right click on the desktop of your computer and choose Display Settings

    Change the setting in the drop down "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" to 100%:

    Close the Display Settings window.
