I have run the Export to Word Processing and the Address Listing w/Labels and Email, but both of these reports are placing a C/O name under the title column. Why are these reports not showing the correct title for the profile?
Answer:
The Mail To field on the Profile 2 tab controls what pulls under the title column on these reports. If there is a profile ID in the Mail To field it will pull the C/O information. If there is no ID in the Mail To field the title will pull when running the reports.
