Details: When the Fund Statement report is run with the Fund Rep tab's From/Through fields set to a rep type that is linked to a profile, the report might not be generated.  

Clicking on Run Report does not display the normal report popup window. Instead, the screen will show the Fund Statements loading but then it will just disappear.

This issue only occurs when: in the Fund Statement report's Fund Rep tab, the From/Through fields are set to fund rep types that are linked to a profile the linked profile does not have the Allow Mail checkbox checked on the Profile 2 tab.  What is happening is the Fund Rep is linked to the profile, so it looks at that profile and if Allow Mail is not checked then it won't print.  

To check if a Rep Type is linked to a profile, go to the Fund Associations tab.  

Solution: To get the Fund Statement report to work properly, access the Profile 2 tab and check the Allow Mail checkbox in the Special Mailing and Handling Controls section.
