    Why won't the Organization Name and Address populate when entering a Grant Recommendation in DonorCentral?

    Answer:
    Donor Central users who make repeated grants to the same organizations sometimes find that their selections do not populate on the subsequent screen.  Specifically, the Organization Name and Address fields stay blank. This happens when you have not added the affiliation code "SC" - "Suggestion Central" to that profile's list of Affiliations. These steps will walk you through adding the code.
    1. In FIMS go to Profiles > Affiliations
    2. Add the SuggestionCentral (ususally SC) affiliation code
    3. Wait for an upload to occur to DonorCentral
    Once the upload to DonorCentral occurs, the organization information will appear on the recommendation form.
