Committee Reviewing in Spectrum NXT

Reviewing in The Portal

The Applications For Review Page (Scholarships for Review, Proposals for Review) provides easy access to both applications waiting for the committee member's review and past reviews.

Instructions for Reviewers:

1. Go to Web Portal > Sign in.
2. Select Reviewer Menu Home to view the Committees the user is assigned to, and a list of groups with applications ready for review.
3. Click the application review group, it should be a hyperlink if ready for reviews and scoring.
4. Double-click on the application group to review. In the new window all applications for this group are listed.  
5. The selected application will open where scoring instructions are stated. 
6. The header section contains an overall review instructions and some stats like the total score, optional average score, and percent complete. If average score is displayed it includes only COMMITTED reviews by reviewers of this particular application.
7. Click Score Question next to the fields required for review to add a score and comments. 
8. Click Save to move on to the next question(s).
9. Click View In Application to see the review question among the rest of the application questions. 
10. After the fields have been scored, Click Submit to complete scoring for this application.
11. The status of this application will be Committed, and the reviewer will not be allowed to make any changes.
