How do I add Available to Spend to my fund statements?
Answer:
The ATS amount from the fund balance tab cannot be pulled onto a fund statement.
The closest amount would the ending balance of a specific fund balance.
This amount would be as of the date indicated when the fund statement is run and not a real time number.
To add the Ending Fund Balance to your Design Statement layout Row Format
The closest amount would the ending balance of a specific fund balance.
This amount would be as of the date indicated when the fund statement is run and not a real time number.
To add the Ending Fund Balance to your Design Statement layout Row Format
- Add Row
- Add Description
- Choose 'FBE'-Ending Fund Balance as Format
- Formula can be left blank
- Put the desired fund balance number-usually 3 in the From and Through Columns
