The database and file viewer tool shows the Progress tables and fields and shows the data in those fields.
1. Go to Tools\System Utilities\Admin Utilities\Database and File Viewer
2. Keep the default of Progress table
3. Click Browse to view the list of tables
4. Click on the table you would like to work with
5. Click the Load button
6. You will see the list of fields and records in the table appear
- You can right-click a field and get a count of the values in the table.
