Welcome emails have been sent to donors but no one initiated them. The donors in question are not new donors and have been using DonorCentral for some time
Answer:
This was caused by two separate data syncs running, one on the current server and another on the old server. The job on the old server was stopped and disabled and the issue was resolved.
