This error message may flash in the bottom right hand of the screen when uploading statements to DonorCentral.
Steps To Duplicate:
- In DonorCentral Control Panel > Fund Statements, click "Upload/Replace Files".
- Click in the window to browse to .zip file that was generated when creating statements.
- Select the file.
- Click Open.
- Click Upload.
- Error message appears briefly in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Answer:
This occurs when the contents .txt file generated when creating statements is not including in the .zip file that you are attempting to upload. Navigate to the eadvisor\statements folder where your most recent fund statements were generated, re-zip all of the contents of the folder (including the contents .txt file), and browse to that file when uploading to DonorCentral.
