    Error: Unable to create statements folder when running the DonorCentral Crystal Fund Statement Export from FIMS

    The FIMS Download Directory option is set to an invalid folder.  This could be due to a change to a mapped drive, a new server, or other changes to the folder structure. 

    Answer:
    1. From the Tools menu in FIMS, select System Utilities > DonorCentral > DonorCentral Options.
    2. On the Preferences tab, select System in the Section box, then Download Directory in the Option box.
    3. Use the Browse button to select the folder that will receive the fund statements.

    Note: When the export is run, a sub-folder named ‘statements’ will be created under the folder that you selected. The statements folder will contain the fund statements.
