How do I create a report for funds that exclude retired or inactive funds?
Answer:
You can easily create a Fund report for only active Funds (excluding retired ones).
In any report that includes selection by Fund, go to the Selections tab and add the (Fund) Date Retired field. Leave the From and Through values blank.
In Data Grids, the field and principle are the same, but the field label is different. Go to the Selections tab and add the (Fund) Inactive Date field and leave the From and Through fields blank.
Note: In Data Grids, there is a system view already set up that displays just the active funds. Select the Active Funds data grid from the drop-down box.
