The board date and grant date fields on grants cannot be updated through the Import Record Updates utility, but you can perform a mass change from an Application Data Grid.
You can also update Action, Status, Committee Date, Comm Code and Batch using the steps below.
Answer:
- Open the Grants Module
- Go to the Applications super tab
- Highlight the Applications you want to change the board date for in the data grid
- Right click on the highlighted lines and choose Mass Update
- Mark the check box next to board date or grant date
- Enter the new board date or grant date in the date field next to Board Date or Grant Date
- Click OK
