When I export out gift data in the Gift module using the Gift Acknowledgments Export, I see that the name field is blank in the data file for the Carbon Copy, how do I fix that?
Running the Gift Acknowledgments Export
Answer:
This issue occurs if the Joint or Alternate name on the mailing labels section of the profile who is listed in the CC field of the gift is blank.

Profile record for record listed in CC field. The Joint or Alternate name field cannot be blank:
