I am running the Committee Budget report. What does each section mean?
Answer:
When you run the Committee Budget report, there are 4 sections of the report.
- Beginning Grant Budget - comes from the Budget column of the committee code table.
- Other commitments - these items will come from the Other Commitments amount and description columns in the committee code table and represent items that might not be included in FIMS.
- Current year grants - grants with that committee code assigned are detailed and the total is displayed.
- Total Grant Budget remaining - a calculation resulting from subtracting the current year grants and other commitments from the Beginning Grant Budget
