Why are some Grants not showing in DonorCentral?

I'm looking at the fund summary in Donor Central and some grants are missing.
Answer:
There could be several reasons why some Grants would not show in DonorCentral.
- If the missing grants are for NON-DonorCentral funds meaning that the funds are not marked to go to DonorCentral. The DC extract is fund driven, if the fund is not set up with a DC fund association it will not be selected so no grants for that fund will be extracted.
- Note there is a DC option to ‘Export all Grants’, regardless of fund.
- Another reason is if one of the grants was paid by 2 different funds ---- in FIMS that shows as 2 grants, in DonorCentral the amount is combined as one grant.
- Another reason is if the grants have a "status code" of "G", instead of "2000" for "grant approved".
