When logging into DonorCentral, there is an error message at the bottom that says Application exception, Get pending submissions failed. This appears when logging in as a user or advisor view.
The following errors can occur:
1) Application Exception: Get Pending Submissions Failed.
2) Application EXception: Get Form Display Settings Failed.
Steps To Duplicate:
1) Create grant recommendation in DonorCentral > Recommendations > New.
2) Fill out required info.
3) Click Submit.
4) Receive error message: unexpected errors were encountered for the following recommendation. It will remain in your un-submitted list.

Answer:
A fix for this issue was deployed in DC NXT in April 2019.
