When a specific donor logs into DonorCentral, they notice the error box in the bottom right-hand corner that reads "application exception"
Steps To Duplicate:
1. Log into DonorCentral
2. Note that 'Error: application exception' flashes and disappears.

- Occurs for 2-3 seconds at a time.
- Happens as soon as a donor logs in, on the main home page.
Answer:
This issue was resolved in a fix delivered on 4-5-2019.
