The Auto-Launch feature has disappeared from my exports in FIMS, what causes that? I am an on-premises customer.
Answer:
Auto-launch can disappear for a couple of reasons:
1. If Microsoft Word is not installed on the computer where you are using FIMS.
2. If there is some kind of security software that is blocking Word Automation.
