Retired Fund still shows in Pool

This issue commonly happens if a fund was retired before the process to remove it from the pool was completed.
 

To remove a retired fund from a pool, do the following:

1. Un-retire the fund:

2. If GL accounts were not created for the current year during the un-retire process. you will need to create them. Be sure to select the current year to create the accounts:

3. Check the GL module and be sure that the pool GL account for the pool in question from which you want to remove the fund has been created for the year.

5. Re-tire the fund after the FACTS cycle has been posted and ensuring that on the unitization report that the ending market value is 0.00 and ending units are 0.00.
