Detailed Gift History by Fund Report
This report lists the historical Gifts for each Fund. The report is automatically sorted and subtotaled by Fund, and you can make selections based on Fund fields.
The Fund ID, Fund Name, and Date Established appear at the top of each set of Fund Gifts.
Totals and summary statistics are printed at the end of the report.
NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Gifts > Detailed Gift History by Fund.

Detailed Gift History by Fund Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Donor | The Donor’s report name. |
Amount | The Gift Amount that was applied to the Fund. |
Date | The date when the organization took ownership of the Gift. |
Comment | The text that was entered in the Gift Comment field (on the Gift tab). |
Prin-Inc | Indicates whether the Gift was a Gift to Principal or a Gift to Income. |
