      This issue can occur if the address has an extra comma or extra two-digit code. This issue typically occurs for Canadian addresses. 


      The workaround to resolve was to add the state code number that appears in the error message to your state code table. After that, import and correct the address in FIMS. Later if you wish you can remove the state code from FIMS.
