When attempting to export to PDF using graphical viewer, the following error occurs: "System ComponentModel.LicenseException: License for the PDFExport cannot be found" in Azure Cloud.

Steps To Duplicate:

Go to Reports | Profiles | Address Listing w/ Labels and Email
Select (filter) alpha sort
Go to the Send To tab, choose Export to Graphical Viewer, then Run Report
In graphical viewer, choose second shortcut icon on the named “Export1”
Choose Export format of PDF and click OK.
Note a pop-up message with “Export Complete” or error "System ComponentModel.LicenseException: License for the PDFExport cannot be found"
