File Maintenance Menu 

This menu allows you to add, update and maintain data throughout FIMS (for example, user-defined code tables) and run various utilities.

You can also use the Shortcuts options on this menu to perform the same functions as the Module-Specific Toolbar buttons. For example, in the Profile Management module, you will have Shortcut options to create a Profile, open the Profile folder, visit the Profile’s web site, or send an email.

Note: This menu’s appearance changes depending on the current module. Maintenance options for the current module appear at the top of the menu, and links to options for other modules appear at the bottom of the menu. For example, if you are working in the Profile Management module, maintenance options related to Profile management appear at the top of the menu and options for all other FIMS modules appear at the bottom of the menu.
