Soft Credits History Report
The Soft Credit History Report lists soft credits from various perspectives (direct and indirect contributions for all donors for which soft credits were entered.) Only posted Gifts with soft credits are included.
NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Gifts > Soft Credit History Report.

The figure above illustrates a sample run of the soft credit history report for ID Code between 1212 and 1250. The report yields a listing like the one displayed below:
Various other flavors can be obtained by varying the selection and sorting criteria.
Soft Credit History Report Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Gift # | The ID of the Gifts for which soft credits were entered. |
Gifts Date | The data the gift was made. |
SC ID | The ID of the soft credit record entered for the gift. |
Soft Credit Name | The name entered for the soft credit (if unchanged, this default to the name of the profile.) |
SC Amount | The amount assigned to the soft credit. |
Type | The type of the soft credit (this is the description from the Soft Credit Type table entry.) |
Donor ID | The ID of the gift’s Donor. |
Donor Name | The Name of the gift’s Donor. |
Gift Amount | The Gift Amount. |
