Sort name fields are blank on data grids

You may notice that although profiles in the profile module have an accurate sort name, when viewing them as a donor or grantee, the sort name field is blank in the data grid.

Answer:

Go to Tools > System Utilities > Admin Utilities > Profile Utilities > Rebuild Alpha Sort Field.
Enter the Profile ID you are working on in both the From and the To fields and click OK.
A Report will pop up listing the tables where it has been updated.
