When attempting to do a scholarship correction Adjustments -- Correction - Grantee/Student/Institution", the following message occurs as shown below and the correction is not able to be done.
Answer:
You can only run scholarship corrections on applications that are not paid.
When you void the payment, then you can make any adjustments needed and then go to AP and repay the voucher. You can use the same Check # and same check date.
If you do not actually need to physically print the check, you can skip that and just post the check without printing.
