      Steps To Duplicate

      1. Log into DonorCentral
      2. Create a suggestion with either fund anonymous or advisor anonymous checkboxes checked in the recommendation form
      3. Submit the suggestion
      4. Later after that first grant is processed go back and click the recommend again button, see that the fund anonymous and advisor anonymous checkboxes are not checked
