      FCG comes with a set of standard fields that are available for use in queries. See the Create a Query KBA for further information. 

      The spreadsheet below shows the default fields available for queries. The fields are dependent on the Record Focus Type. Each Record Focus Type has its own worksheet within the file. 

      Note: Using the "Default Query Fields" function on a Web App makes more fields available for Queries with a Record Focus Type of Web Applications.

      The Record Focus Types are:

      • Grants
      • Proposals
      • Scholarships
      • Web Applications
      • Constituents
      • Designated Grants
