      Error: Unable to understand after-- "!!PDKvvX#N". (247) when Creating Grants from DonorCentral Suggestions

      When creating an application from suggestion list, the following errors occur:

      Error: C\npo\found\fims\app\profiles\sdprofil.w Could not understand line 1. (198) 

       

      Steps To Duplicate:
      1) Log into FIMS
      2) Go to Tools> System Utilities > Donor Central> Receive Suggestions from Donor Central
      3) Open one suggestion
      4) Click Create Application
      5) Error occurs
      Answer:
      This issue was caused by FIMS system files not being updated when the last FIMS upgrade was done.

      1. Re-apply the last patch or full upgrade that was done per the upgrade guide.
      2. Re-compile FIMS from FIMS Compiler in Tools\Admin Utilities\FIMS Compiler, keep the default selections and run
