Unposted Pledges

Use the Unposted Pledges supertab to view, create, modify, and post Pledges in FIMS. You can set up a payment schedule for the Pledge, and create acknowledgment letters, just as you can for Gifts. Once you post a Pledge, the record moves to Pledge History and is available to associate with Gift records when a payment is made on the Pledge.
