Does FIMS have the function to schedule reports or data exports and if so, how can I do it?
Answer:
In FIMS that function does not exist, however, you can do this task outside of FIMS to export data out of the database itself using one of these two methods below.
These methods are for on-premise customers.

First, set up the ODBC connection on the FIMS database server. For that, please create a support case.
Then, set up the ODBC connection on the workstation:

Lastly, connect that ODBC data source to Excel then use the steps in the first article to create the Excel ODBC refresh. This is just an example of one article on how to connect an ODBC source to Excel. There are many more available upon a search being done:
