When creating applications from DC NXT after importing suggestions into FIMS, the error "You may not compile programs that update the database in this version (490)" can occur along with several other messages on specific files for example:

Error: **n:found\fims\src\adm2\query.i could not understand line 432. (196)
npo\found\fims\custom\fm\filename\sfm_appl.w Could not understand line 109. (193)
Steps To Duplicate:
- Log into FIMS
- Go to Tools > system utilities > DonorCentral > Retrieve suggestions
- Choose one application
- Click Create Application
- Receive error messages

When getting errors with custom\fm in the pathway, this means that Fieldmaker needs to be re-committed. If you are getting these errors in Test database if you are testing importing suggestions for DonorCentral before you go live, then re-commit Fieldmaker in your Test database. If you are getting these in live data, then re-commit Fieldmaker in Live data.
