Answer:

This error is occurring due Microsoft Office not being available in Azure cloud. You are not able to open files with specific file types (.csv, .xlsx, .xls, .docx, .doc, …) from within Azure Cloud.

For any file with a (.csv, .xlsx, .xls, .docx, .doc) extension, you will need to move\copy those files from My Files to your local machine and open them on your local machine. From there you can copy to a network drive at your foundation as needed.

Alternatively, you can choose to open the file in Wordpad if you would like to view it by clicking on the link to 'Try an app on this PC'.
